At Enerpac, I was tasked with restructuring the engineering and project organization to ensure timely, on-budget delivery in line with quality standards. Focusing on standard products, I introduced processes to improve predictability and growth, including the successful implementation of the stage gate process. I also reorganized departments to better align with company goals, enhancing control and efficiency across all projects.
Uniechemie (renamed to Celsis):
I led the restructuring of the operational department at Uniechemie, part of the Beijer Ref Group, a global provider of refrigeration, air conditioning, and heating solutions. My focus was on streamlining processes and contributing to the company's long-term strategy to ensure it remains future-ready.
